Background and Training
I have over 25 years of experience related to body functionality through exercise physiology, anatomy and weight lifting. I won first place in the Women’s All Natural Northeast Division Championship and became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in 1996. I am CPR and AED certified through the American Heart Association. Fitness clubs, such as NYSC, and the Town of Tarrytown has asked me to come in to educate their communities on best fitness practices. My expertise is in one-on-one personal training, modified to each client’s individual goals, using safe and proper techniques.
I have an in-depth working knowledge of how the body moves, an understanding of the overload principles and a wide variety of weight lifting techniques that get results.
